| Principle of Operation |
Unline normal Web Guide System, in Auto Edge Trimming System Crush Cutter & Sensor in single Assembly is guided in the reference of Laminated Material to have the Uniform Trimming. The Sensor Crush Cutter are mounted on Tracker Mechanism encompasses with Linear Bearing to ensure smooth guiding. The Sensor senses the edge of Laminated Material & gives error signal to the Controller. Controller gives proportionate signal to Electromechanical Actuator & it directs the Tracker Mechanism proportionate to error signal. This results in Uniform Trimming of Laminated Material throughout the job. To Have Uniform Trimming on both the sides of Laminated Material, Two independent Auto Edge Trimming System have to be installed on both the sides of Web/Film. |
