DT 2050 is a TOUCH SCREEN AUTOMATIC REGISTER CONTROLLER widely suitable for Multicolor Gravure Printing Press for Length & Side lays Control. This model is specially designed for Rotogravure Press with Line Shaft mechanism which requires Linear Compensator Assembly for Length Control.

DT 2050 is also a TOUCHSCREEN AUTOMATIC REGISTER CONTROLLER
Newly Developed for SECTIONAL DRIVE (ELCTRONIC SHAFT ) type Rotogravure Printing Press. It does not require Linear Compensator Assembly for Length Control , since the each Printng station is controlled by Independent Motor (Servo Motor Drive / Vector Dive ).

T2050 can be offered with Servo Motor Drive at Linear Compensator Control with Variable Speed control which gives precise & faster correction of Register error.

The most versatile feature of the system is , it’s a totally Touch screen system with all the menu set up with same screen. The touch screen used in COLORCON is of MITSUBISHI , the world class Technology. It has got highly advanced & fastest microprocessor for Quickest correction response.
OPERATION PARAMETERS

INTIAL SETTING
This has to be done while doing a new job for the first time or no data is stored earlier. If the Job is already recorded earlier recall the job
COLORCON has got the job memory of 99,999 (1 Lac job Memory). This is an outstanding feature which gives comprehensive data recording at your COLORCON touch panel & can be retrieved with a touch of the panel.

PRESET SYSTEM (OPTIONAL)
If the Colorcon is with the preset system the set up time & material wastage is reduced while setting the Registration
Load all the Printing Cylinder at predefined pointer position. Enter the Circumference of the Cylinder & Start the preset system & all Compensator will take its position which will be just near to registration requirement. Now give the web path in all the stations.
- This greatly reduces your set up time & material wastage significantly. This feature enhances the efficiency in multiple job change over.

Setting up the totally new job
- Enter the Cylinder Circumference in Initial Setting Menu.
- Select the type of Register mark with its direction (reverse or forward) in reference to Web Direction
- If the Cylinder does not have the register marks in each station , COLORCON has got flexibility to work on SINGLE MARK system

SPLIT TYPE PRINTING OPTIONS
-COLORCON has got special option of SPLIT printing. With this feature Two jobs can be printed on say Eight color Printing Machine simultaneously. (4 + 4 , 6+2 , 5+3 etc… combination) with one COLORCON System

- COLORCON has got special features of setting the parameter for Long path rinting(With Turn bar) & Shot path printing (Without Turn Bar).

MARK

SEARCH SYSTEM & GATE SHIFT SETTING
The Waveform of mark must be set in the gate frame. If the COLORCON is with PRESET SYSTEM the Waveform of mark will be set very fast.

This setting can be done either by Manual , Auto (Collective search) or from the remote Panel (Optional) search buttons.

After getting the Wave form of mark on Oscilloscope screen menu , fine tuning of each station register accuracy can be done on Register Screen.

Once the fine tuning is done COLORCON can be put in all automatic mode with a touch of a single button on the main menu.

JOB REGISTRATION & JOB RECALL
Each Job can be stored by giving the JOB numbers (1-99999) & JOB ID ). By registration of this job it can be recalled at anytime with minimum time with all set parameters. To recall the job either enter the job No. or Job ID

FORWARD / REVERSE / ONE MARK SETTING
All type of standard Rectangle, Triangle register marks can be set in COLORCON
The mark angle can also be set in the Detail set up menu.

PARAMETER SETTING
- Length & Side lays Control alarm setting This feature allows to set your max. Error setting with alarm for each station which gives alarm & display on COLORCON panel

- Vertical & Horizontal shift setting
This feature allows the fine tuning of Vertical & horizontal register accuracy for each station in Register screen set up menu & also in its individual set up menu.

-Motor Reverse Mode Setting
This setting allows to change the direction of motor in case of matching of Top /Bottom registration

Remote Setting
Remote Control Panel is available for each station as an OPTIONAL feature. That will enable operator to do the fine tuning & gate position search at remote station. This setting has to be enabled while using the Remote Panel at each station
